   7    bblocked was founded in order to strike back at the web-based proxy site
   8    industry. Incredible sums of money and bandwidth are involved in such
   9    organized proxies. The cost of an uncensored internet was far too high
  10    as was the monopoly of this enormous industry. In 2005 bblocked was
  11    unleashed, and it was promoted as a web-based proxy for the people, by
  12    the people. Ideals that bblocked has always held true to were: template
  13    driven design, functionality comprable to commercial rivals, provide
  14    a project that is easy to setup and configrue, and to remain an open
  15    source project!

  31       desired location on your web server.
